I, the undersigned, grant permission to STEMNETICS to take photographs or videos of my child listed above during their participation in the STEMNETICS program. The images may be used in promotional materials for STEMNETICS, for archival purposes, as documentation for programs and for other uses consistent with STEMNETICS’ mission. This may include, but is not limited to, use in print and other electronic mediums.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images. I also understand that STEMNETICS will not sell these images to any third parties.

I also understand that STEMNETICS will use these images responsibly and with respect for the privacy of the students, ensuring that the images are appropriate and used for educational or promotional purposes related to the program.

I release STEMNETICS and its representatives from any liability that may arise from the use of the images.
